Estimates from your device location. Distance can miss movement during signal gaps. Set up before moving and let a passenger handle the screen.

Set up the motorcycle speedometer before riding
Choose km/h or mph while stationary. Start the tool and wait for a usable reading before putting the phone away or securing it. Do not handle the controls while riding.
Large display and an optional screen-awake setting can change presentation. Device support and browser rules still determine whether those features are available.
Know when readings stop
A hidden tab or locked screen may interrupt location delivery. Xpeed marks a gap and checks for a fresh sample when the page returns. It does not promise continuous background tracking.
This page measures movement of the device. It does not connect to motorcycle sensors or replace fitted instruments.
Questions and answers
When does the browser ask for location?
Press Start to request location. If you have already allowed this site, measurement can begin without another prompt. A blocked permission must be changed in your browser or device settings.
What does a dash mean?
A dash means Xpeed has no usable recent reading. A measured zero is a valid speed. Returning to the page or moving to a place with better reception may help the device provide a new reading.
